Scope of Operations
- Review of the cargo on board prior to discharge as/when it became visible/accessible.
- Scrutiny of the handling of the cargo during discharge.
- Inspection of the cargo upon loading to Lowboy and recording any perceived damages.
- Attention during direct discharge to lowboy & transfer to “place of rest”.
- Review of the transport truck condition, safety equipment, etc.
- Revision of the divers’ documentation, safety equipment & communications.
- Review & inspection of the lashings & securing’s of the cargoes loaded to the lowboy prior to departure from alongside vessel.
